Haiku: Flirt

i flirt as i gaze
your words transfix my thoughts
we breath together
across space… time heals
loneliness… flirting with words
a poets privilege
to share the moon…
sat looking together
dreams permitting
i flirt in fun…
or do i wish for more
brain… stopped… joking
to flirt
with words…

    1. That’s not gone unnoticed
      A poets privilege,
      All poets share
      In reality once great fun.
Mind I still flirt with death
      My pursuit of that photo
      Oft my friend says.
“Do you think you ought to”
      Poetry, photography,
      And my wife, my life.
Err I forget, my family too.
I, now with words, flirt with you
      Dare’s I tell my wife
Gosh! No, its a poets privilege.

      😉 🙂
