I SIT ALONE
I sit alone, yet I never sit in silence. No quiet time for me, tinnitus ever present. It’s there in my head, in my space, does it affect my everyday life? No, I will not let it. I write now everyday, space filled between chores, mostly poetry, prose only when prompted. When not alone, I am as a rule, entertaining guests, or family, with a recitation, or maybe a joke or two, what err the situation. There’s never quiet in my life, but it does exist around me.

Yeah in all the time I’ve had tinnitus I’ve had one day of respite, but it came back worse than ever, however, compared to some folk its a minor affliction, at its worse, annoying! Not as early with my offerings this week, been working on an idea JuliesPaige put up.
