Fibonacci – WE HAVE LEARNED NOWT

WE HAVE LEARNED NOTHING

war
kills
we have
learned nothing
pollution kills all!
we are still on a learning curve,
too late the mass extinction has started, natures lost,
the initial battle, but back in the fray again, still fighting for world survival!

        1. Thing is I wouldn’t of made that error myself, meaning I (coughing), stick to, (deep breath), the rules, of course I make mistakes, but I just can’t remember from I got the guidelines? Anyway I will check them out.

          1. Mistakes are never intentional… not to worry.
MLMM may have them listed. Or any other poetry site. I don’t remember the first time I came across it either. 🙂

  1. Thank you for the dedication beneath this neat poem which reminds me yet again, that while I try to avoid plastic packaging, by second hand wherever possible, and recycle my receipts, multi-nationalist companies continue to heap junk upon the planet as if tomorrow doesn’t matter..

      1. It’s a sad, shallow way to live life, and it’s gone beyond the desire to live a comfy life. For many people, it’s just about big numbers. My annual income is about 50% below the UK poverty line, but I don’t consider myself poor, since I can afford all I require. Most of all, I have family, friends, and my writing… and I managed to afford a visit to my brother in Spain recently.

          1. I’m sorry to hear that, my friend. I find I can connect on a different level with my online friends – shared interests bring us together, rather than close proximity. Before I joined WP nobody I knew cared about writing.

I hope you’re not shutting yourself away.
