Spring Green

spring looking murky
could it be pollution
beware fracking

verdant spring glory
bluebells ring snowdrops dancing
hark green frogs croaking

golf green yet untouched
diamond frost not a blemish
lucky hole in one

spring water cleansing
greenfinches bowing heads drink
diamond snow sparkling
~~~
deciduous woods still
winter holding back the spring
green leaves denied
