an adrenalin rush
wildflower meadows

sobering… scary
how long have we got… how long…
100 years… drink it in…

imbibe not
err celebrations
life’s to short
~
birds scoop… mammals lap
snakes suck… humans swallow
all life needs to drink
~
deserts drink err chance
distant hills… mountains… their source
flash floods tend their need
~
to drink in beauty
astronauts… their pleasure
earth viewed from outer space
